Powered by Intel Core i7-2630QM 2GHz processor, the GT680 packs up to 16GB of RAM, a NVIDIA GeForce GTX460M graphics card with 1.5GB memory, and up to dual 500GB hard drive with RAID 0 or 120GB SSD+500GB dual drive combination.
